Exception: Automobile Insurance Policies may be offered through Insurance.com by QuinStreet Insurance Agency, Inc.
Exception: 360 Finance services may be offered by QuinStreet PL, Inc.
Authorization to Obtain Social Security Number, Credit Report and Credit Score: by submitting certain requests, you authorize checks and transfer of this information for matching and prequalified quotes.
No guarantee of insurance, loan or credit. QuinStreet does not guarantee matches, offers, rates, or best market terms.
No endorsements or recommendations. You should perform your own due diligence on each Service Provider.
No substitute for professional advice. Website Content is for convenience only and not professional advice.
Consent to Electronic Communications. You consent to receive communications electronically.
SMS Alerts for Users. Marketing text message terms apply; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP/HELP as instructed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUINSTREET IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. QUINSTREET'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold QuinStreet and related parties harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Website or violation of this Agreement.
RELEASE. YOU RELEASE QUINSTREET AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.
MANDATORY AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ("ARBITRATION AGREEMENT"). THIS SECTION AFFECTS LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION RIGHTS.

Class, representative, collective, and private attorney general proceedings are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Arbitration is administered by the AAA under applicable AAA rules.
